SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives in 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@dotmaisons.com and we will make it right.
